SLJ, a jogging group for you !!

Sevenoaks Ladies Joggers meet at Hollybush recreation ground in Sevenoaks.

Our group consists of ladies of all ages, sizes and abilities who like to run, chat and keep fit. We were formed nearly ten years ago and have a membership of over 300 ladies. We welcome all ladies aged 16 upwards, our all inclusive style of coaching means that we welcome ladies well over their Half Century upwards on our runs.

We are a non competitive group and we offer runs on every day of the week except Sundays.

Whether you want to learn how to jog, complete your first race or learn how to train effectivly Sevenoaks Ladies Joggers could be just the place for you!!
