So much more than just running

The Coaches

Sam Pearce  sam@sevenoaksladiesjoggers.co.uk

I started running as an adult because I was offered a charity place to run
the London Marathon. My brother was tragically killed 14 years ago in a
motorbike accident. Simon had run the Marathon in the April before he died
and I wanted to run in his memory. For the next 4 years I trained hard each
year, improving my marathon times each time by about half an hour.

The last one was 3hrs 45 mins and maybe one day I will do it again! For now,
though, I am happy to coach others and have done various coaching courses in
addition to my teacher training to enable me to teach adults to run in a way
that works for them.

In addition to running I wanted to offer ladies the chance to do some core
stability work to help posture and increase their core strength, so the
latest qualification enables me to offer small group or one to one fitball
sessions to complement your new fitness goals.
